WORM Writer Software for HPUX 11.11 or later

Our current WORM writer software isn't supported under 11.11 or later and I'm looking for options. If you know of a good Optical WORM writer software that works for HP-UX I'd be interested (out writer is an SMO-F541).

I'd also be interested in any packages that support CD/DVD writing as well.

I'm mainly looking for a Magneto Optical writer for HP-UX 11.11 and HP-UX 11.23.
Right now I use Tracer to write our WORM disks.

I didn't find a version of CD-burner that worked on an Itanium for HP-UX 11.23. If anyone has a link to where it's located I'd appreciate it.

What's the status of cdrtools/cdrecord for
HP-UX 11.23 on IA64? I know nothing, but
I'd rather expect it to work.

The latest at
ftp://ftp.berlios.de/pub/cdrecord/alpha/
seems to be version 2.01.01a22. It doesn't
seem to work right with DVDs on my
("TSSTcorpCD/DVDW SH-S162A") drive (on a VMS
system), but it's supposed to do DVDs now,
too (and there's some evidence for that).

It might help to know how you expect to use
the CD/DVD writing capability -- archiving,
software distribution, ...
