I have created a vdisk of 100gb and i presented the vdisk to the host. I also created a device file for the new hardware path detected by ioscan command but when i try to check the autopath command i was unable to find the WW LUN Name and the device file.
May i know why the newly created WW LUN Name at EVA is not displayed at the host.
Kindly help me out if it needs to set it by manually. If we need to set it manually how can we do this.

Re: WW LUN Name is not displayed at AUOPATH
You are correct. It is only wrong with autopath. I have checked the man pages of autopath there i found discover command. When i executed the command #autopath discover then i am able to view.
Thanks!!

"... I also created a device file for the new hardware path detected by ioscan command ..."
How did you do this? insc -C or insf -e?
Try rebooting. Sometimes the kernel needs a reboot.
