Since a vpar is from OS perspective not different to a non-vpar environment, there are not so much "special" logs.
As said before
#vparstatus -e
could be useful, it shows the log of the vpmon.

Same as in stand alones or MC/SB or NPars
/var/adm/syslog/syslog.log
/etc/opt/resmon/logs
/var/tombstones
/etc/rc.log
/etc/shutdownlogs
GSP or MP event logs
HW and SW errors work the same on all types of boxes. Firmware and drivers detect and announce errors to the diagnostic OS utility, which listens for and writes them out.
