What is swsp_trc_flags
I found kernel parameter swsp_trc_flags in a 11.11 system(June 2003).
And another system(June 2006) doesn't have this parameter.
What does this parameter config?

Re: What is swsp_trc_flags
Hello,
I saw this kernel parameter on several
servers that ran Oracle.
I must admit, I did not pay too much notice
as no documentation ever talked about it.
It does not seem to be a "standard"
HP-UX kernel parameter.
It could even be one of those vendor-base-application parameters?
Hopefully, someone will know more about it :)
Cheers,
VK2COT

Re: What is swsp_trc_flags
Just a guess..
The swsp driver is the Secure Path driver, so - this could be a non-user kernel parm used for tracing what Secure Path is doing... you should be able to figure out if the system has secure path installed by running "swlist | grep -i swsp"
I wouldn't advise mucking about with it.
