What is the purpose of the directories "crach, diag, eisa, kcmond" available under /var/adm.

/var/adm/crash
When a HP-UX system crashes, it saves a copy of the RAM in /var/adm/crash

/var/adm/crash
Contains diagnostic logs and can be safely deleted.

/var/adm/kcmond
Used by kcmond daemon which monotors the kernel resources
