Who is using my memory ? (Linux)

Looking at my meminfo:
MemTotal: 1018156 kB
MemFree: 135104 kB
Buffers: 141932 kB
Cached: 438368 kB
SwapCached: 0 kB
Active: 668256 kB
Inactive: 158136 kB
HighTotal: 113600 kB
HighFree: 240 kB
LowTotal: 904556 kB
LowFree: 134864 kB
--------------------------------
I looked into top and other commands , but I don't see anyone using more than 1% of memory, them where is all the memory gone?, only 135M left out of a gig. Can anyone suggest me the right way to look at who is using the memory.
Sorry if this is a very kiddish question. Thanks
