Windows installation on HP UX VM

Hi All,

Am new to this forum, so am not sure whether am posting this topic in the correct forum. I am trying to install Windows 2003 server on a HP UX VM. We first installed HP UX11 and also installed the Virtual Machine. I created a virtual machine and mounted the CD. The installaion of windows 2003 starts and stops at a point where it prompts to Agree the Terms and Conditions by pressing F8 key. If I hit the F8 key it does not continue, i suspect it does not recognizes the F8 key but the F8 key is working perfectly. Please let me know how to fix this issue.

Regards,
Balakrishnan

Re: Windows installation on HP UX VM

From the manual:

"To accept the EULA, press the Escape key, then 8, which emulates the F8 function key."

Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Hi,

In windows 2003 you have to scroll down till the last line of that page ( Terms and Cond...) then press F8.

Thanks for your replies. Even the pgae down and page up keys are not working.
If I hit the Esc key it will quit the installation.

But all the keys in my keyboard is working perfect. Please let me know how to proceed.

Many Thanks,
