Very common error. Is this device a tape drive or a simple disk drive? Was the drive replaced? If so, the message is complaining that the WWN (world-wide-name) has changed (which it would if you changed the drive). Follow the directions in the error message to change the fibre card's memory of the WWN(s) that are attached.

If no hardware has changed, then talk to your storage administrator about SAN switch settings and/or disk array changes.

The device is a fiber channel card. Storage team has done some frame activity. We are getting syslog as I alredy mentioned.

I want to stop these message. Who can we stop these message ?

Shalom,

fcmsutil(1M) command's replace_dsk option to allow the new device to be used.

that is the key error. Try that command, read the man page first.

Well, is there supposed to be a device (disk or tape) connected to your system? If so, then HP-UX is trying to talk to it and it is failing. If this is a disk, then you probably have lots of other failures (applications, databases, etc). For a tape drive that is missing, just stop your backup system. In either case, the messages should not be ignored.
