Well, this doesn't exist at my maschine either.
Maybe you can copy it from: /usr/newconfig/var/adm/inetd but there's nothing important inside (security restrictions).

Red lights always on after reboot?
Check if the card sits properly!
Check for additional power (?)

Compare both C8000.

As long as the red lights still appear you will not get it to work.

But if you have 2 C8000 systems, you could easily swap the graphic cards between them and report about the results.
