X11 Forwarding not working after clean install from March 2010 BOE

We just did a clean install with the March 2010 11.31 BOE media and after the install finished I can't get X11 working for the life of me.

The error message I get when launching xterm or any x11 app is

X11 connection rejected because of wrong authentication.
X connection to localhost:10.0 broken (explicit kill or server shutdown).

I've tried connecting using ssh -X and ssh -Y but it still fails.

This system is an rx3660. Our other system (rx2660) which was installed with the Dec 09 BOE (same set of packages) does not have any problems with X11 forwarding.

I read through a bunch of the threads here about problems with ssh & x11 but none of them help.

I installed CDE.English during the install process and I've checked the sshd_config and X11Forwarding is on

Any ideas?

Is bastille configured by default?

I checked my system and it is installed (i think it defaults to install) but I never ran it / configured it.

Since I'm using ssh to tunnel the X11 session I don't think a firewall would interfere since everything goes through the ssh session which is already established. I could be wrong though.

Apparently it is.

After I installed v3 on my rx2620 I lost most of my x-windows traffic and fought with it until I reconfigured Bastille...

I didn't have this issue on earlier releases and discovered Bastille had been installed when I went to the new version.

I finally got it working.
I changed the following in sshd_config

#X11UseLocalhost yes

to
X11UseLocalhost no

Restarted sshd and all is well. The strange thing is that my other system has the above set to yes and X11 forwarding works, but I'm not going to dwell on that too much.
