XFree86 on HP4150B (B !!)
Any working configuration file XF86Config for the ATI Rage Mobility card out there? Any use of any of the configuration tools gives a white/blue lighting screen to me. Is xfree 3.3.6 not the appropriate version with the Mach64 driver for the ATI card?

Re: XFree86 on HP4150B (B !!)
Lutz,
I am using the ATI 3D Rage Pro AGP with Xfree 3.3.6
What version of Linux are you using? I have Used RedHat 5.0, 5.2, 6.0 6.2 and LinuxMandrake 6.1 and 7.0.
It would almost sound like you might need to reinstall the RPMs for XFree. Have you tried that?

Hm, yes, support for this card is not 100% at this moment. You might find some useful hints at http://www.eecs.umich.edu/~steveh/inspiron/xserver.html
