Re: access control disabled

Hi,
probably there is somewhat like "xhosts +" in a .profile or config file.
execute "man xhosts" for detalis.

Re: access control disabled

Hi,
Mossimo's got it.
You are looking for xhost.

If this message is global to all users, you can also check /etc/profile

In you users home directory, .profile (as said) and .dtprofile

xhost is run to allow or deny exporting of the display.

Re: access control disabled

Hi

There must be xhost + entry ,if you want to give specific user access to get xterm ,

xhost + name to add the entry, here name can be hostname or user name will have acess to export the x windows terms
