access to custom scripts via smh

I have created custom scripts in SMH and would like to allow specific users to access them. I have tried putting them in a special group and adding that group to user groups in security but that does not give them access to these scripts.
I need to create something in 11iv3 smh that is similar to sam -r in 11iv2 where I was able to add custom scripts and allow users access only to those scripts.
