account disabled info not going in syslog.log

Hi Folks,

I have trusted system , as per the account policy , user account should be disabled after 3 unsuccessful try, and the same time syslog.log should be updated.
In my case after 3 unseccessful try account is getting disabled but info is not getting logged in syslog.log file .
any idea

Are you talking about Linux? If so, you should have pam_tally messages on your messages file.
Por que hacerlo dificil si es posible hacerlo facil? - Why do it the hard way, when you can do it the easy way?
