anonymous ftp upload

Hi,

I have searched old posts for this problem.I ve not got any solution.

I have an anonymous ftp account.I am able to login and view..but upload and delete option is not working.It is giving permission denied error.Tried different options.no use.

My server has been upgraded from 11.11 to 11.23..after this problem started.

I ve checked /pub permission .It is 777 and added -A in inetd.conf to ignore ftpaccess file.still same issue.

tried different upload options in ftpaccess file.

Can anybody help in this.

"man ftpd"? "man ftpaccess"?

Did you look at
"/usr/newconfig/etc/ftpd/examples/ftpaccess"?

than your vague interpretation of the actual

Brilliant. The ftpaccess file was probably
your only hope.

able to see what you tried, and then I might
be able to see what you did wrong. But I'm
not.

makesense, "would been better if you would have backuped up the configuration files for ftp"
