Re: bad internal drive??
IMHO the address is not a problem here.
I'm using 192.168.1.13 - you cannot reach me ... same for your address :-)
However, only the mods can edit the posts, ask them here
http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/Community-Feedback-Suggestions/bd-p/community-feedback-suggestions
then select the current thread like this one:
January/February/March 2011 Issues Requiring Moderator Intervention

Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: bad internal drive??
The server model and OS is always an important information related to a question.
BTW, did you run the suggested command?
# /opt/resmon/bin/resdata -R 258801666 -r /storage/events/disks/default/1_0_0_3_
0.6.0 -n 258801665 -a
And by the way, your diags software is from 2004!
Update!
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: bad internal drive??
Torsten, thanks for the link to the other thread! I know the system information is necisary here for troublshooting, but I think it could also be dangerous when listed with info on how to reach that box :) And the results of the command are listed below the line saying to run the command, thanks again for the help!

Re: bad internal drive??
Agreed, but nobody can reach your server if there is a private network IP only.
However, how about the disk problem?
Solved?
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
