How are we supposed to know what your mail id is? We regular ITRC users are not privvy to such inside information - only HP folks (like the moderators, for example) have access to that sort of information.

We do NOT have access to your email address. Also, posting it in these forums, allows for those who are "interested" to trawl and get your email address for purposes you may not like.
Finally, it is a copyright offence for anyone to email you a document that is only available to those with valid contracts, or to those who have the relevnt permissions to see such a document.!
