bdf,df,umount get hangs

Hi

VG has lost connectivity with the SAN.

we are not unable to umount or vgexport the VG.

df,bdf, umount, ls to particular mount point also hang.

how it can be recovered  without rebooting and even after rebooting will it be solved.

You need to investigate why the server cannot longer access the (redundant) SAN - there must be a reason either on the switches or the array or somewhere between.

Hope this helps!
