blk read error in hpux 10.10

hi all,
in my hp 10.10 server /stand filesystem is having some bad block and it is not mounting,its giving blk read error,dumpsys is creating and machine is restarting sometimes.now i can access my datas,i tryied fsck on /stand its giving series error.in bdf command o/p /stand is not showing..plse help me..plse tell me that whether it is possible to take ignite backup? or some other mirroring ? i have new disk.
