blocking spam without any subject

Dear gys ,
we are using linux 9.0 sendmail server for externel mail relay ,with trend micros IMSS 5.5 as antispam software .Every day we are reciving spam mails with no subject.any options are there in sendmail to block these mails

Shalom,

There are no sendmail options for blocking subject free messages.

You could use spamassassin in addition ot IMSS 5.5 it might catch this stuff.

It might be easier however to merely alter the client software to junk messages with no subject. Though if you do that you will find legitimate messages get eaten.
