bonding on red hat linux

I want to configure bonding on two lan cards, can some one please tell me the steps to do that?

After making configuration changes, do we need to do some thing on the switch also?

Here's a nice little script that will setup NIC bonding.

you can found in your machine (where you want conf the bonding) the file : bonding.txt in usr/local/.
