Re: can i find the c#t#d#

You find it by running

# ioscan -m dsf

Why do you need it?

Hope this helps!

Torsten.

Re: can i find the c#t#d#

What is the goal?

ioscan -m dsf gives you the "translation" like this:

# ioscan -m dsf
Persistent DSF Legacy DSF(s)
========================================
/dev/rdisk/disk8  /dev/rdsk/c7t0d1
                  /dev/rdsk/c3t0d1
/dev/rdisk/disk11 /dev/rdsk/c7t0d2
                  /dev/rdsk/c3t0d2

Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: can i find the c#t#d#

xpinfo tool will help you, but you probably need a newer version than this:

http://h20564.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?swItemId=co_94081_2#tab2

see

HPE XPInfo Release Notes Version:
34.00.00

Hope this helps!
