No, you can't install HPUX on PCs. If you can install Linux, Solaris or BSD on Intel PCs

i think if the cpu is Itanium, u can install. but still the hardware should be considered.

HP-UX 11i v2 supports only the 64-bit version of the HP-UX kernel. This release of HP-UX 11i v2 release fully supports the following HP 9000 servers and HP Integrity servers, as well as the new PA-8900 processor.

I tried once and it did not really work for me, my recommendation go with the latest version of free BSD or Linux box, i would consider that application that you are running and compatibility before choosing one of the two.
I think Solaris also offers a free version to run on intel, and solaris got way better support than bsd and linux.
