cancel lp request not owner !!!!

Does anyone can help me here ????

I probably have a setting problem with my spooler HP-UX 11i because even if i am root or su lp, i cannot cancel a print job. Worse, even a root job cannot be cancel by root.... always get "not cancelled: not owner"
