chinese input problem on HPUX

Client: windows telnet ,
Client Chinese Environment: Chinese star 2.97
Server: HPUX 11.0, HPUXSCh64RT.

I did following steps after telnet to HP server:

#stty -istripe -parity
#export LANG=zh_CN.hp15CN
but I still got garbage when I input chinese characters.
Anybody help me out?

This topic falls under Native Language support. Try posting this message in the HP-UX --> Languages forum. It will get more exposure there and maybe you will get a quicker response.
