command to show memory module

Hi,

How do I display the breakdown of memory modules if machinfo shows that I have "Memory = 8179 MB (7.987305 GB)"?

Thanks !

Re: command to show memory module

This will give all the details about your memory:

echo "selclass qualifier memory;info;wait;infolog" | cstm

Re: command to show memory module

Hi,

You can get log from.

#cstm
cstm>selall
cstm>infolog
OR
You can get same information from nickel output also (if nickel is installed).

Thnx...Farhan

Re: command to show memory module

The first post hangs my browser ... better to attach such things.

Just use

echo "selclass qualifier memory;info;wait;infolog" | /usr/sbin/cstm

and you get something like this:

Basic Memory Description

Module Type: MEMORY
Page Size: 4096 Bytes
Total Physical Memory: N/A
Total Configured Memory: 196608 MB
Total Deconfigured Memory: N/A

Apologize inconvenience cause for that, I realize it after I post, but then I could not found how to remove,

Anyway I would like to know how you manage to delete from this threat, let me know thanks,
