I need basic commands like
how to check the ram size and how to check
CPU utilization and IO monitor on HP TRU64
help me plz its urgent

Anyway... GOOGLE is your friend for these generic questions.
Keywords to look for: +tru64 +collect
And +tru64 +syscheck
Optionally add +site:itrc.hp.com
There is a much similar, equally wide open undetailed question asked earlier today:

Finally please consider changing the registered name to somethign more reasonable: 'my profile' --> 'view or modify contact information ' --> 'name'
Also, should you ever need to ask another question please selet a meaningful subject and provide soem more (techincal) details about the who why when what.
OS version is often critical to offer good help.
Platform may help (ES45? GS1280?...)

'collect' is a very good montoring tools provided with the OS. You could read the man page for more info on usage.
