OPEN-E means it is from XP disk array and HSV200 is from EVA when I do an ioscan –fnC disk… So what about HP DISK-SUBSYSTEM

It is probably either the disk array itself if no LUN0 is assigned to the server, or a disk controller. In this case I think the disk array itself showing up as a disk.
