daemon: /usr/sbin/inetd

Hi team,

Ima getting the below errors in HPUX version 11.11

Daemon problem, daemon: /usr/sbin/inetd, found 3 processes present, min: 1 max: 2

waht are the steps we need to follow to resolve this issue.

Could you please give the steps.

Hi,
Can you post the output of:
# ps -ef | grep inetd

If there is more than one inetd, can you stop/start inetd?
