Pls advise on this, Im getting an error when restarting diagmond for diagnostic tool:

diagmond[15022]: Exit due to lack of resources

above error message not enough to trouble-shoot,

what's your CPU, MEM, usgaes..? are you facing any "Disk bottle neck" ..? issue,
