You should look in the diagnostic logs to see if there is a hardware issue somewhere. If you have a support contract, call for support.
All the patch does is suppress the messages, it does not fix anything. Based on the patch description these are single bit errors in the memory and if you only get a few you can ignore them.

i want to install PHKL_31500 to fix this error with dependant patch PHKL_33312. server is in cluster environment. i want to install in backup node first (dtcellf). see the attach file if help. can anybody give me details action plan to perform this job as it is in cluster.

from the output u have attached, its clear that ur cluster package is up and runing no issues in that, only ur no able to view the status by cmviewcl.
As guided please download the patches PHKL_31500, with dependent patch PHKL_33312.
Check where u want to install this patch, where the package is running or on other node,
Its good that its in cluster environment.
#swinstall -s /path to patches
Analysis the patches and check whether it require reboot or not depend upon that, if its downtime dependent go ahead.
Hope this solves ur issue

SolutionIs package running on the same node??
If not then no issues u can install in normal procedure.
If yes stop application, stop package halt the cluster and install patches.
