Re: dmesg output showing error

You need to install a patch.

For 11.23 it is PHKL_30289

Re: dmesg output showing error

How many of these messages do you get?
You should look in the diagnostic logs to see if there is a hardware issue somewhere. If you have a support contract, call for support.

All the patch does is suppress the messages, it does not fix anything. Based on the patch description these are single bit errors in the memory and if you only get a few you can ignore them.

Re: dmesg output showing error

Hi,
from the output u have attached, its clear that ur cluster package is up and runing no issues in that, only ur no able to view the status by cmviewcl.
As guided please download the patches PHKL_31500, with dependent patch PHKL_33312.

Check where u want to install this patch, where the package is running or on other node,
Its good that its in cluster environment.

#swinstall -s /path to patches

Analysis the patches and check whether it require reboot or not depend upon that, if its downtime dependent go ahead.

Hope this solves ur issue

Re: dmesg output showing error

where u want to install the patches on which node???
Is package running on the same node??

If not then no issues u can install in normal procedure.
If yes stop application, stop package halt the cluster and install patches.
