dupatch error

Hi -

Was trying to apply DST patch on cluster. During patch process member1 became unavailable, dealt with that issue now when I invoke dupatch I get the following:
dupatch
/usr/sbin/dupatch: line 3466: syntax error near unexpected token `newline'
/usr/sbin/dupatch: line 3466: ` list32="$I $list32"'

The /usr/sbin/dupatch file is fine. Any hints?

Thanks,
Sondra

Re: dupatch error

Hello, once you untar the kit you will find dupatch binary there. Please run that dupatch binary and see how that goes.

Re: dupatch error

The kit I was trying to apply was:
T64KIT1001097-V51BB26-E-20070130.tar

cpqshow3.us.oracle.com # cd patch_kit
cpqshow3.us.oracle.com # ls
00-READ-ME-FIRST PatchInstallGuide.htm PatchInstallGuide.ps Tru64_UNIX_V5.1B patch_tools
PatchInstallGuide PatchInstallGuide.pdf PatchInstallGuide.txt dupatch
cpqshow3.us.oracle.com # ./dupatch

Enter path to the top of the patch distribution,
or enter "q" to quit : .

************************************************************************

Warning: The patch kit does not contain patches for:

TruCluster_V5.1B I18N_UNIX_V5.1B

Tru64 UNIX and TruCluster products are typically
patched at the same time. You are advised to verify that
this kit is complete prior to applying patches.
