duplicate copy when printing in hp-ux

duplicate copy when printing in hp-ux

when i am printing from our SAP environment via HPUX the print jobs keep repeating. we get a document recovery banner page. 

 

The banner says: " this job is recovered from page 4!!! (note; there will be few pages duplicated)


is there any way to stop the HPUX queues from waiting for a reply fromt he printer and just send everything thru.

 

Please help on the work around on this issue.
