emscli takes very long to register a lan in first time..

Hi,

I am facing a strange issue with EMS framework on HP-UX11.31. While trying to add the lan resource to EMS framwork, It takes around 5 min to complete the request. There after all the "emscli -a ...." requests takes only few seconds to complete. Could somebody please tell me if there is any cache/buffer mechanism in place which makes the later tries more faster as compared to the first one.
