Patch database

Pick your OS.

search for sam patches

Download and install (swinstall).

This will fix it.

I've seen this a number of times with sam.

IMHO

I would use #swlist -l patch PHCO_34974 to verify the status is "applied" or update with the latest patches for SAM per SEP.

If it is superseded, it won't appear without:

You can see the whole patch family tree. There are only 4 that supersede it.

You can also use swlist to query it:
swlist -x show_superseded_patches=true -a superseded_by PHCO_34974
