I have got a request from client , to find out which processes were using max amount of CPU time on 2 nd august,

Shalom,
This script uses most of the critical data you need to determine this:
http://www.hpux.ws/?p=8
A modification is under way to make it produce data bases on top CPU users.
Sadly not done.
As far as going to back history 11 days, that is a problem, if you didn't have some daemon or script collecting performance data.

I want the processes using high Disk utilization during 2 nd august..
I mistakenly written CPU instead of DISk.
