frecover logs

Hi,

When frecover is executed, are there default logs that are generated?

Where can I find a list of files that have been restored?

Hi,

you can check.

#more /var/sam/log/br_log

You will get below type of logs...

File recovery started on: Sun Jun 28 14:49:58 IST 2009 (Recover Files)
{ frecover -xv -X -g /var/sam/graphTCAa02596 -f /dev/rmt/0m }
File recovery completed on: Sun Jun 28 16:03:14 IST 2009 .
Exit code = 0

Unfortunately, I didn't use SAM to do the frecover but ran it from command line.

Hi

run frecover command you can use redirect option for log
see below example.


# frecover -f /dev/rmt/0m -xov -i /new >/tmp/frecover.log
