Please let me know who to address this issue. I am in single user mode and getting above error while doing fsclean.

What operating system are you running?
Did you activate VG02? In single-user mode only VG00 is activated initially.
Do a 'vgchange -a y vg02' and try your command again.

fsclean only works on HFS file systems. Is /dev/vg02/dev2_2 an HFS file system?
Have you tried pressing INTERRUPT (or Ctrl-\)?
