how can i use cifsclient to mount a file that shared by a windows pc?

i use cifsmount ,cifslogin.
it alway report :unix refuse.

my host:
hpux 11i,cifs/9000 client.
pc:
windows 2000 server.

but i still cannot cifslogin to a windows server.


i use
cifslogin \\workgroup\chen -u administrator -P aaa


,
it always tell me refused.
