I don't know on which mount point it is, but this:

Read Error in ./B.11.23.lifimage

looks like you search the lifimage?!?

mount point is the root directory used to mount the iso file

Hi,

This is a bug .
" QX:QXCR1000868519
If the base page size(base_pagesize) is greater than 8 kilobytes then reads on the CD-ROM file system(CDFS) may fail with EFAULT."

my base_pagesize kernel parameter was tuned to 64k . After having modified this parameter to 8 it works fine .

patch PHKL_40286 should be corrected this issue .
