how to change the vpar_name ?

If I want to change the name of vpar1 to vpar2:
#vparmodify -p varp1 -D /stand/vpar2 ??
If it is correct ,when the vpar boot ,the new vpdb(/stand/vpar2) is loaded automaticly？

To rename the virtual partition vpar1 to vpar2
# vparmodify -p vpar1 -P vpar2
