how to disable the root password expiration on non trusted system HP-UX 11.11.

go to SAM
-> Accounts for Users and Groups
->
->Actions menu select Modify Security Policies...
-> select Password Aging Policies... to modify the expire policy.

Hi ,

You can check the existing password expiration details for any users using the following command.

#passwd -s

If you have set password policy then you need to disable it. Man passwd has all the details you needed.
