how to get new disk information

how to get new disk information after replacement of faulty disk if I don't have ioscan  output

Hi have run insf, insf -e & ioscan. From ioscan -fnC disk , I have checked every diskl.But still not getting replaced disk info.

more details needed. Next steps may depend on the disk controller.

please copy the output of  "ioscan -fn", "uname -a" and "model" for the beginning.

Tell what disk (position) you have replaced.
