how to obtain update and release version of HP-ux .

can anyone help me to how to obtain update and release version of HP-ux .



for example HP-UX 11i v3 Update 2 or update 3..like that.

swlist -l bundle | grep -i oper
HPUX11i-OE B.11.31 HP-UX Foundation Operating Environment

The above does not show me the update version .

This must be the initial Feb 2007 version, all others have the date in name, e.g.

HPUX11i-OE-MC B.11.31.0709 HP-UX Mission Critical Operating Environment

(September 2007)

try this:
# swlist | grep HPUX11i
# HPUX11i-DC-OE B.11.31.0903 HP-UX Data Center Operating Environment

B.11.31.09.03 means:
B.11.31 = HP-UX 11i v3
09.03 = March 2009 Update Release

after that you have to match you revision to update version (from page docs.hp.com)
