how to upgrade hpux 11.0 to 11.11

I have a test server with hpux 11.0.

the application software must run at jdk1.6.
the jdk1.6 cann't run at hpux11.0.

I want to upgrade or reinstall to hpux11.11.

please help to confirm:
Can hpux11.0 upgrade to hpux11.11? how?

Both are out of support why don you try moving to 11.31

11.11 is NOT out of support.

It is supported until 31-December-2013.

Keep in mind that 11.31 does not run on all hardware. What server do you have?

I download the document of hpux install 11i.

when I run:

I strongly recommend a cold install.
