I am new to HP-ux and i have planned to do finish certification so that i am preparing through HP-UX admin guide I & II,Rehman guides.

any dumps is available to write the exam.

According to the terms and conditions one agrees to when taking the exam, "dumps" of the exam are against the rules. Not to mention just being unethical!

If you cannot pass by preparing as you already, perhaps you need more practical experience with the operating system.

You need to buy the book, get experience and there is no substitute. Soliciting people to provide illegal copies of copyrighted material is frowned upon in this community.

The exam itself is a multiple choice exam. I took it with about 4 years of practical experience, and a good bit of study.

Passing a multiple choice exam has little value in the employment market. Its not like the RHCE, which is a really difficult, practical hands on examination.

You have the right book, but now you need time doing the job. I call it "stick time". Its like being a pilot, you need real practice to get good and have real confidence.
