hptru64 4d,4e,5.1,5.0 How can you update with the new time change

Hello,
There is a patch for 4f and 4g but what about the other platforms if we have them
Like ptru64 v 4.0d,v 4.0e,v 5.0,v 5.1 how can you update with the new time change so it will take effect automatically and you don not have to do it manually. Please help...help
