If you would like to go for certification I will always suggest you to have Rafeeq Ur Rehman's book.

I dont know about the book which you told but the which one I told id simply awesome!!!!

Asghar Ghori's HP Certified Systems Administrator - 11i V3 is ideal and has been updated for the CSA HP0-A01 exam.

Utilise it in conjunction with the required expected hands on System Admin experience on HP-UX 11iv3 systems.
