icapstatus output issue

[vpar]

I confused with icapstatus about "Number of cores currently unavailable for assignment".
I read man page about icapstatus.

HP-UX 11.31 and T1335CC A.05.04.01 HP-UX Virtual Partitions for 11.31

npartition have no deconfigured but "Number of cores currently unavailable for assignment" is 2. Why we have 2 cores?
