idisk failed with a Floating exception (coredump)
I have a pair or rx servers who shares disks stored in a MA8000 , when we try to partition it, to use in sn Oracle RAC installation for the CRS , fails with a Floating exception (coredump)
CouLd any body tell me why it Is failing?
THE ERROR:
idisk -f /tmp/parfile -w /dev/rdsk/c3t0d0
idisk version: 1.31
********************** WARNING ***********************
If you continue you may destroy all data on this disk.
Do you wish to continue(yes/no)? yes
Floating exception(coredump)
Thanks a lot fopr your help.
